By submitting an entry to the VJA Hope Program Creativity Contest, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use and Publication: All submitted entries become the property of the Virginia Justice Alliance (VJA). VJA reserves the right to use, publish, and display any and all entries, in whole or in part, in any medium, including but not limited to, the VJA website, social media channels, promotional materials, and at VJA events, without further compensation or notification.

Photo Release: By participating in the event, you grant VJA the right to photograph and/or video record you and your family. These images and recordings may be used in future VJA publications, promotional materials, and on the VJA website and social media channels.

Parental/Guardian Consent: If the participant is a minor, the parent or guardian consents to the above terms on behalf of the minor and acknowledges that they have read and understood this disclaimer.
